About their chocolate: Their sea salt caramel dark chocolate is handmade using Fair Trade Certified ingredients. Each bar is made with soft vanilla caramel, cane sugar, fresh whipping cream, butter and Madagascar vanilla–and always topped with Mediterranean sea salt. Their chocolatier uses only the finest clean ingredients and their chocolate has no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils.
